   3. We are also having right to reject your profile anytime if you are not filled your profile correctly, completely or if you have any duplicate profile in alupenters.lk and we will inform it via email.
   4. By registration with us you must confirm that your using our services to find customers.

3. Account Security

   You are solely responsible for the login credentials you entered while registration process and your solely responsible for the all the activities that occur under your account. And you agree to inform us immediately if there is any unauthorized activity or use of your account.

4. Proprietary rights of the content of Alupenters.lk

   We own all the rights to our website and its services. The site contains copyrighted materials, trademarks and other proprietary information of alupenters.lk owned by Swisstek Aluminium LTD. Except the information on fabricator's profiles. You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or attempt will be taken as violation of this agreement.

5. Disclaimers

   1. We are not responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate account information posted on our site by users.
   2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the anyone by content posted on our website. You should not provide your financial information to other members of this website.
   3. You understand and agree that we provide “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” service, and we are not guarantee any specific results from the using our services.
   4. We are not responsible for any illegal content posted on our site by fabricators.
